Measures in force and expiry time lines

An order or finding of the Tribunal that results in the imposition of definitive anti-dumping or countervailing measures expires after five years unless continued by the Tribunal following the conduct of an expiry review. The Tribunal must issue a notice of expiry review with respect to an order or finding before the expiry of five years. The Tribunal may choose to issue the notice several months prior to the expiry date to efficiently manage its caseload.

The dates in the table below are tentative and for the sole purpose of allowing parties and their counsel to plan accordingly. They’re not subject to input from parties or counsel, and the Tribunal won’t entertain requests to adjust the dates.

The Canada Border Services Agency publishes a list of all provisional and definitive antidumping and countervailing measures in force.

The expiry reviews marked with an asterisk (*) are underway and their related anti-dumping or countervailing measures are still in force.
