NOTICE OF INQUIRY

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint from KPMG LLP, of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. G9292-189325/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services on behalf of Employment and Social Development Canada. The solicitation is for transformation support services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on July 18, 2018, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

The complainant alleges that its bid was evaluated improperly including using undisclosed evaluation criteria.
